- Check that the power plug is properly connected
- Check the temperature control on the display panel and set it to the correct temperature. Try setting the temperature lower/cooler
- Check if the refrigerator is under direct sunlight or located too near a heat source
- Check if the back of the refrigerator too close to the wall and therefore keeping air from circulating
