There is a strange noise coming from my Samsung vacuum cleaner. What can I do?

In order to protect the motor in the appliance, it rotates slowly when the vacuum cleaner is initially powered on.
This causes a loud noise as the motor stabilises.
This is not a failure or fault with the appliance.
Please clean the filter after use.
