Why is the freezer temperature colder than the set temperature?

If the freezer temperature is too cold, please make sure the ice cube bin is full. When the refrigerator senses that the ice bucket is not full, the freezer runs at a lower temperature promote faster ice production. Once the refrigerator senses the ice bucket is full, the temperature will go to the set temperature you have selected.

Note: If you do not have a water line hooked up to the refrigerator, make sure you have turned off the ice function. If you do not turn off the ice function, the system will never "see" a full ice bin, and the freezer temperature will remain colder than the temperature you have set.

The basic temperature and/or recommended temperatures of the Freezer and Refrigerator Compartments are -19°C and 3°C respectively.

If the temperature of Freezer and Refrigerator Compartments are too high or low, adjust the temperature manually.
