The Galaxy Note5 supports a feature which enables you to charge much faster than any other device.
Usually, it takes 90 minutes to fully charge from 0% when using wired fast charger and takes 120 minutes when using the wireless charging pad.
But the actual charging time may vary depending on the charging conditions and the device state.

Please note you cannot use the built-in fast charging feature when you charge the battery using a standard battery charger. (To use Fast charging on your device, connect it to a battery charger that supports Adaptive fast charging or Quick Charge 2.0.)

If the above information does not match what your product is showing, you may check the User Manual for your product. If you are unable to solve the problem, please contact us for further assistance.
