How to self-diagnose your Samsung Galaxy

Through out the process, you'll be asked to interact or perform simple tasks. Please answer any questions that appear as you go through the tests.

5.1 You are instructed to press the volume up key
5.2 Press the corresponding key according to the instruction
When the check is complete, tap on the individual icons to view results. You can visit the FAQ section for troubleshooting tips or submit an error report and wait for a response to your question.
6.1 Tap on the individual icons to view results, for example Wi-Fi
6.2 Tap on View related FAQ to visit the FAQ section for troubleshooting tips
7.1 Return to the Support tab and scroll to Error report
7.2 Select Error reports
8.1 Scroll to check the list and select the issue area
8.2 Complete the report and you'll get a response to your question
