Smart Tutor is a built-in application on all new Samsung devices that enables remote control of smartphones by Samsung Technical Experts. This tool allows experts to access and manage a smartphone's screen from a remote location, facilitating efficient troubleshooting and resolution of device issues.

The Samsung Remote Support service provides personalized assistance from a Samsung Technical Experts who can remotely:

  • Diagnose your smartphone
  • Customize settings (such as Picture and Sound) to suit your preferences
  • Backup and restore your customized settings
  • Reset your smartphone to factory defaults
  • Install the latest firmware updates

Note:

  • Screens and images are simulated
  • Ensure your device has a stable internet connection

Installation & usage of Smart Tutor

1. Download & Install the application from the Galaxy Store.

As an alternative, go to Settings > Tips and User Guide > Remote management.

2. Tap OK to start the process.

3. Select Authority mode to grant permissions.

4. Choose your preferred Location(language), then tap Agree.

5. Enter the 6-digit connection code provided by the Samsung technical support team.

6. Tap Call to connect with Samsung customer care.
