Additional issues found and customer decides to cancel due to the additional charges not related to service purchased under Samsung Care+ Now?Once the device is handed over and the repair has began it is not possible to cancel the service, if the additional repair found will not impact the phone due to customer misuse then the technician will complete the screen repairs and any additional charges for the repairs can be rejected by customer.

Can I cancel the repair after handing over the device to the service center and making the payment due to any reason?Once the device is handed over to the service center no cancelations can take place since the repair already began and job creation is opened.
