I used the S Pen for S26 Ultra a few times. After putting it back, it probably didn't click into place properly — or maybe I inserted it upside down without realizing. Later, it fell out while I was on the go. I heard no alert or warning from the phone at all. The problem is that the 'Warn if S Pen is left behind' feature is disabled by default. Most users don't even know it exists until they lose their S Pen. And since this S Pen has no Bluetooth, there's no way to track it or find it electronically. Samsung, for a flagship phone at this price, please enable this warning by default in future updates. A simple alert could save users from losing an expensive accessory."

i started using the Samsung pen since when it was in the Note series, do you remember those good old phones ? , I used the S Pen for S26 Ultra a few times, i feel like if you wanted to ruin a feature or a product , you do what you have done to the S-pen, the pen had great features and it was a great selling point over many good phones in the market. why would you want to kill it ? . i lose my S26 ultra s-pen, even though my "Warn if S Pen is left behind'" was activated. i couldn't hear or feel it when it was ejected. , the pen get easily ejected from the slightest touch. the size got smaller and smaller and stripped of its features like Bluetooth. now i want to buy it, guess what !! it is not Available ? not online not in the stores ? and when i called the support they said they don't know when they will get it. and they cannot find it for me in the stores. luckily i still have my S-pen Pro and it is working for most of the features till i can get a hold on one. but this is the last straw between me and Samsung.

Broke off, in half, in my phone. Went to use it yo write a note on my calendar and only part if it came out. The other half is still in my phone. Phone is only a couple weeks old, have only used the pen 2 times! So disappointed.
